Which billing software do you use?

We use Practice Expert Plus/Cal-Med.

What do you charge?

Our rates vary with the amount of our expertise you require.  Don’t hesitate to give us a call to discuss details!

How long does the implementation process take after I sign up with you?

We’ll have you setup and ready to send claims within 24 hours.  However, there is setup time required on behalf of the payors, and this can take up to 3 weeks.  Of course, as we wait on the payors to setup electronic links we will ensure you still receive payments as expected as we will submit your claims via paper.

What’s your customer service like?

Each account gets a dedicated billing specialist.  We are available via phone between 8-4 PST.  If you have questions outside of those hours, leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.  Email is responded to promptly, as well.

Where do you send my reimbursements?

Wherever you’d like!  As part of our very quick initial setup, we’ll ask you for a remittance address – that’s where we’ll send your reimbursements.  As soon as we receive EOBs from the doctor’s office, our system is updated – we hope to receive these twice a week.

How about reporting? How often do you send them?

We send reports on a monthly basis – but of course they’re available on request at any time.

How is my data kept secure?

We have an independent backup on a daily basis.
